Where are your products sold? 
Our products are currently sold online throughout the US. As our company grows, we expect to have our products in physical locations including bookstores and college campuses. All prices are shown in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be packaged and shipped. You will receive your tracking numbers once the label had been created. You will be notified via email  after your order has been SHIPPED. For your convenience, shipping rates are based on your location and is calculated at the time of checkout. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at admin@therapistavenue.com


Do you accept returns? What if there is an issue?
Please be advised that all sales are FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE.  We welcome you to contact us at admin@therapistavenue.com to discuss your concerns. Customers will be required to provide proof via photos of any and all damages to allow us to best resolve your concerns.  

Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before the label is created and the items are shipped. We are not able to cancel the order after these steps have occurred. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If the address given is wrong, notify us via email at admin@therapistavenue.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address prior to the label being created and the items being  shipped. No refund will be given after the shipping label has been created or the item has been shipped.


How long does shipping take?
For your convenience, shipping rates are based on your location and is calculated at the time of checkout. You are in control of how fast you receive your products!

When will you have more products? 
We will be dropping additional products throughout the year. To stay up to date with new releases, subscribe to our emailing list and follow up on social media!
