Where We Ship:

Processing Times: 

Once your order is placed, We will begin preparing your order for shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours of check excluding weekends and holidays. However, please allow up to 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for items to be sent out. You will receive updates via email as your order moves through the process. 

Shipping:

Our customers are able to choose the shipping that best suites their needs at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are shown in realtime based on the delivery location and range from 1-7 days. 

Please Double check your shipping address to ensure your items are sent to the correct place. In the event you notice a mistake please email us ASAP. While we will do our best to accommodate the error, it is the responsibility of the customer to input their address correctly. 

You will receive an order number once you make your purchase. You will receive a tracking number once the label has been created. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at admin@therapistavenue.com.
